It’s spring, and that means one thing is guaranteed at my house.
Luckily, they clean up pretty easy. And so do bathrooms. 🙂
Want to have some fun with the mud with your kiddos? Here’s 10 ways to play with it…
- Make mud pies.
- Paint with it on the driveway or sidewalk.
- Squish your toes in it.
- Make seed bombs.
- Make mud sculptures, marbles, etc. and let them dry in the sun.
- Make mud art.
- Drive toy trucks and cars through it.
- Write in it with sticks or your fingers.
- Jump in it. Watch out!
- Totally make a mess in it. Yes, grown ups too. 🙂
Oh and clean up? That’s what sprinklers and water balloons are for!

Gosh I love everything your blog stands for! Just when I feel like I’m losing myself as a mom, I check my blog roll and your posts end up popping up. Lately I feel so drained…maybe it is that I’m nearing the end of marathon training or that it is raining all the time here but I really want to get back to that magical place where I’m making messes with my kids and putting jewels under the front tree and letting them think they are from the jewel fairy. So thank you! I bet that it helps you to create a magical childhood for your kids when you have this blog to reflect on and share your magical moments! 🙂
This just makes me smile and feel all warm and fuzzy inside! 🙂
